Adult ADHD Assessment, Diagnosis and Treatment.
'We offer a collaborative ADHD service, combining specialist ADHD assessment with medical prescribing and ongoing treatment support

ADHD assessments are available for both adults and children and are undertaken by Victoria Moorhead, and experienced ADHD assessor. For adults, and those aged 17 years and over, Dr Moorhead provides medical assessment, prescribing and ongoing medical management where appropriate. Share care can be sought, but is dependent on individual NHS GPs agreement.
By working closely together, the assessor and prescriber are able to provide a co-ordinated pathway from assessment through to treatment, ensuring that recommendations and clinical decisions are informed by both psychological and medical perspectives.

Many ADHD services separate assessment and prescribing between different providers. Our approach allows close communication between assessor and prescriber, helping to ensure continuity of care and a clear treatment pathway for those who wish to explore medication following diagnosis.

Whether you are seeking answers about longstanding difficulties with attention, organisation and focus, or looking to wxplore treatment options following diagnosis, we are here to help.
